If your interest is acceptable based on your email, we will provide access to the browsable data, allowing you to select the samples you require. Our brain bank operates anonymously, ensuring that the provided data does not allow for the identification of the deceased donors. Sample distribution is nonprofit. Samples are only available for projects with valid ethical approval (managed by us) and require a SCIENTIFIC PRIOR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT with the University of Debrecen. In our previous international collaborations, we also applied this practice. The list of publications arising from these efforts can be found at the bottom of the page. The requesting institution is responsible for covering the costs of sample transportation.
When publishing results derived from research utilizing our samples, it is mandatory to acknowledge that the samples were provided by the brain bank established with the support of the University of Debrecen and Richter Gedeon Ltd.
